Kanagawa Prefectural Governor Yuji Kuroiwa expressed on July 30 his view on the ruling on the appeal regarding the fourth suit concerning noise at Atsugi Base, telling a group of reporters in Tokyo: “The ruling clearly expressed the necessity to address the noise damage.”
