 The National Association of Towns and Villages held a general meeting of town and village mayors in Tokyo on Nov. 18, where a special resolution on the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement was adopted. The resolution asks the government to set up a fund to deal with the impact of the increase in imports on domestic agriculture.
