Sunday’s Asahi focused on remarks made on Friday by a DPRK Foreign Ministry spokesperson who commented on the Japan-South Korea pact on comfort women by saying: “Our country can never accept it since it is a product of compromise that neglects international justice and the justifiable demands of the victims.”
