Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Igor Vladimirovich Morgulov stated on May 20 that in the second half of June, Japan and Russia are expected to hold vice-ministerial-level talks in Tokyo on the issue of concluding a peace treaty, according to The Interfax. Morgulov is expected to participate in the talks.
