North Korea resumes production of plutonium

Fuji TV and TV Asahi reported at noon that Reuters reported that a senior State Department official said on Tuesday that North Korea has resumed production of plutonium fuel, demonstrating that it plans to continue its nuclear weapons program. The official was also quoted as saying that the DPRK has removed spent fuel from a reactor at Yongbyon and transferred it to a reprocessing facility.
