Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who is visiting his home constituency of Yamaguchi Prefecture, indicated his intention to make utmost efforts to obtain approval for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) free trade agreement during the extraordinary Diet session in the autumn.
