20161128 morning4Most Saturday morning papers wrote that UN Special Rapporteur on North Korea Tomas Ojea Quintana said at a news conference in Tokyo on Friday that he will provide support in resolving the issue of North Korea’s abduction of Japanese nationals. Quintana, who will submit a report on North Korea’s human rights violations to the UN Human Rights Council next March, expressed hope to seek China’s cooperation in addressing the issue.
