Economic minister says agreement on Japan-EU EPA may be concluded this year

Saturday’s Sankei wrote that Economic Minister Seko stated at a news conference on Friday that it will be possible for Japan and the EU to reach a basic consensus on an economic partnership agreement by the end of this year because the two parties have identified the issues for the envisaged agreement through continued discussions.
