Nuclear sniffer aircraft arrives at Kadena Air Base for possible DPRK nuclear test

Kadena – A U.S. Air Force atmospheric data collection aircraft WC-135C (Constant Phoenix) arrived at the Kadena Air Base from the Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska at around 5:30 p.m. on April 7.

 

This aircraft is capable of collecting and analyzing data on radioactive substances. It is reckoned that the Constant Phoenix is being deployed in preparation for the possibility of North Korea conducting its sixth nuclear test.
