12:45	Arrived at the annex of Sabo Kaikan in Hirakawa-cho, Chiyoda Ward.
12:50	Met with Head of the Association of the Families of Victims Abducted by North Korea Shigeo Iizuka, secretary-general Takuya Yokota, vice secretary general Koichio Iizuka, and others in the Rokko meeting room, with Minister in Charge of the Abduction Issue Kato present.
13:59	Attended the National Rally on Abduction by North Korea at the Schonbach Sabo meeting room and delivered a speech.
14:23	Returned to his official residence.
16:49	Arrived at Wako Hall in Ginza and viewed the private exhibition of calligrapher Harue Yahagi with his mother Yoko.
17:11	Arrived at the Imperial Hotel in Uchisaiwai-cho. Attended the wedding of lower house member Masayoshi Shintani in the Peacock Room.
