Arrived at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan in Ueno Park. Attended and delivered speech at opening ceremony of cultural exchange event “Russian Seasons” with Vice Premier Olga Golodets. Watched Bolshoi Theater performance of “Giselle.” LDP Vice President Masahiko Komura, Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Hiroshige Seko, and others also present.
