a.m.	Attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit meeting at the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam.
p.m.	Was photographed with national leaders attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit meeting. Attended a lunch meeting with national leaders attending APEC. Attended the APEC summit meeting. Met with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Crown Plaza Danang hotel. Gave an interview to the press at the Grand Mercure Danang hotel. Visited Hoi An City to see the replica of trading vessel licensed by the shogunate during the Edo period presented by the Nagasaki prefectural government. Attended dinner with Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at a restaurant in the city. Stayed at the Grand Mercure Danang hotel.
