Two major Okinawa papers reported over the weekend on the arrest of two U.S. military community members in the island prefecture on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. A 46-year-old civilian worker at Camp Butler was arrested in Chatan on early Friday morning, and a 23-year-old civilian employee at an unidentified naval installation was apprehended in Naha City early Saturday morning. Both suspects are reportedly denying the charge.
