Shinjiro Koizumi, chief deputy secretary-general of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), will visit India from Sept. 5 to 11. He will exchange opinions with local politicians and foreign affairs bureaucrats. He will also inspect Indian IT firms and research institutions as well as Japanese companies operating there.
