Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Secretary General Toshihiro Nikai, who is visiting China, met with Wang Jiarui, chairman of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, in Beijing on Aug. 30. The two officials agreed on the promotion of exchange in culture, art, and other fields.
