The Lower House parliamentary group “Democratic Party for the People and Club of Independents” on Aug. 30 officially notified the Secretariat of the House of Representatives of the resignation of former Parliamentary Secretary for Finance Michiyoshi Yunoki from the group. His withdrawal came after the group removed his name from its registry. The strength of parliamentary groups in the Lower House is now as follows:
