A Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) transport plane arrived at Kadena Air Base at around 3:00 p.m. on Sept. 11. According to eyewitnesses, the plane stopped in the apron after landing, military personnel deplaned, and cargo was unloaded.
The Okinawa Defense Bureau said: “We confirm that an RNZAF plane arrived at Kadena Air Base to deal with ‘ship-to-ship transfers’ involving North Korea.”
