Strength of parliamentary groups in Lower House

At the meeting of its executive board on Sept. 25, the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan (CDPJ) admitted independent Lower House member Manabu Terata to the CDPJ parliamentary group, and the party reported the same to the Lower House.  (Abridged)
