Chief Judge Toshihiro Shibata of the Naha District Court on Oct. 10 sentenced Mario Ambriz Camacho [sp?], a 21-year-old corporal stationed at U.S. Marine Corps Camp Hansen, to two years’ imprisonment requested by the prosecution suspended for four years. Ambriz Camacho was charged with negligent driving resulting in the death of a man on a motorcycle after colliding head-on with the corporal’s passenger car on National Route 331 in Nago City in May this year.
