WASHINGTON — Acting U.S. Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan will travel to Japan and South Korea in early June as part of a four-nation tour, the Pentagon said Thursday.
Shanahan will first visit Indonesia next week after stopping in Hawaii. He will then attend an Asian defense forum slated for May 31 to June 2 in Singapore, and later visit Japan and South Korea, according to the Pentagon.
