Prime Minister Shinzo Abe met with Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Policy Research Council Chairperson Fumio Kishida on the night of June 3. They exchanged opinions on the LDP’s campaign pledges for the Upper House election this summer as well as the political situation. The two met at Prime Minister Abe’s private residence in Tokyo.
