Met with the representatives of Japanese companies participating in the Eastern Economic Forum.

Laid flowers at a memorial cenotaph located in a suburb of Vladivostok for Japanese nationals who died in Soviet detention camps [in Siberia in the years after World War II]. Departed Vladivostok International Airport aboard a government plane.
