Vice President Pence criticizes China

Most broadcasters reported on a speech delivered in Washington on Thursday by Vice President Pence, noting that he harshly criticized China for its theft of intellectual property and aggressive pursuit of maritime interests. According to Fuji TV, the Vice President mentioned China’s robust operations in the vicinity of the Senkaku Islands, reportedly underscoring that Beijing is become increasingly provocative toward Japan. At the same time, the Vice President expressed hope for building constructive relations with the communist government.
