Since the result was positive, he was hospitalized on Feb. 20, but did not have a fever or respiratory symptoms at the time. The Cabinet Secretary official began working on the cruise ship on Feb. 11 and developed symptoms of coughing, muscle aches, and fever. He underwent PCR testing on Feb. 18.
