Travelers arrive from South Korea after implementation of self-quarantine request

All networks reported on the arrival of travelers from Incheon, South Korea, at Narita Airport this morning, noting that a GOJ measure requesting travelers from China and South Korea to self-quarantine for 14 days after arriving started at 12 a.m. on Monday. According to the quarantine office at Narita, only eight people were on a plane with a capacity of 190 passengers. Quarantine officials asked the passengers to cooperate with the GOJ’s border control measures by monitoring their health daily and immediately notify a public health consultation center if they develop a cough, fever, or other symptoms.
