Disaster management minister admits he dined out day before emergency declaration

At an April 10 press conference, Minister of State for Disaster Management Ryota Takeda admitted that he went out for dinner and alcoholic beverages with two Diet members on the night of April 6, the day before the state of emergency declaration was issued.
