On May 27, Liberal Democratic Party Policy Research Council Chairperson Fumio Kishida unveiled the party’s plan to set up a project team to discuss changes society and the economy should make in the face of COVID-19. The project team, which will be chaired by Research Commission on the Taxation System Chairperson Akira Amari, will discuss a range of topics such as new lifestyles and work styles as well as cooperation with international organizations.
