Arrived at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant straddling Okuma and Futaba towns. Greeted by Tokyo Electric Power Co. Holdings President Tomoaki Kobayakawa and others. Inspected the power plant. Had lunch with Reconstruction Minister Hirasawa, Fukushima Gov. Uchibori, and others.
