NHK reported that NASA has announced that the launch of the first operational crew rotation mission to the International Space Station (ISS) on SpaceX’s Crew Dragon will take place at 3:40 p.m. on Oct. 31 Japan time. The network said the U.S. spaceship will carry four astronauts, including Japanese astronaut Soichi Noguchi, who are expected to stay at the ISS for about six months. According to the network, this will be Noguchi’s third spaceflight.
