Japan to boost testing capacity for COVID-19 at ports of entry

All national dailies other than Asahi reported on Sunday on remarks made by Health Minister Tamura on Saturday that the daily PCR diagnostic testing capacity at Narita, Haneda, and Kansai International Airports will be doubled from the present 10,000 so as to accommodate more foreigners in the future and that such testing will gradually become available at other entry points, including Chitose, Fukuoka, and Chubu International Airports.
