The Japan Coast Guard (JCG) patrol confirmed that three China Coast Guard vessels were in the contiguous zone of Japan’s territorial waters near the Senkaku Islands (Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture) on April 14.
Chinese government ships have now been spotted near the Senkakus for 61 consecutive days.
