All national dailies took up the disclosure by Osaka Governor Yoshimura yesterday that the GOJ plans to send to the prefecture some 90 nurses from across Japan to help local health professionals respond to a surge in coronavirus infections. As about 50 of them will staff a public hospital that is treating COVID-19 patients who are in serious condition, the facility will now be able to accommodate up to 30 such patients.
