All national papers wrote that the GOJ plans to convene a special Diet session on Nov. 10 to reappoint Prime Minister Kishida, saying that the second Kishida cabinet will be launched on the same day. He plans to keep all current cabinet members in place except Foreign Minister Motegi, who is expected to assume the post of LDP secretary general on Thursday.
