Met with National Security Secretariat Secretary-General Akiba Takeo, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Mori Takeo, and Vice-Minister of Defense Shimada Kazuhisa.

Met with Finance Minister Suzuki Shunichi and Vice-Minister of Finance Yano Koji.  


Left the Kantei.  


Arrived at Hotel New Otani Tokyo in the Kioicho district. Had lunch with LDP Vice-President Aso Taro, Secretary-General Motegi Toshimitsu, and Chief Cabinet Secretary Matsuno Hirokazu at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant Senbazuru.  


Left the hotel.
