Kyodo reported that 64 Ukrainian students participated in the entrance ceremony at Japan University of Economics this morning. They will study Japanese language, business, and culture free of charge for one year under an exchange program that the Fukuoka-based institution of higher education has forged with a college in Ukraine. Most of the students arrived in Japan after the Russian invasion began.
