Russian military vessel transits Tsushima Strait 

Yomiuri reported that the Ministry of Defense announced on Monday that a Russian navy intelligence-gathering ship transited the Tsushima Strait toward the Sea of Japan earlier in the day. The same vessel reportedly sailed through Japan’s contiguous zone near  Okinotorishima island in Tokyo on July 6 and passed between the main island of Okinawa and Miyakojima on July 9.
